Industry leading claims service
Burns & Wilcox is committed to providing our clients industry leading claims service and reporting. As part of this commitment, our in-house claims team acts as an advocate for
brokers, agents, and insureds. Importantly, we have the capability of interacting directly with retail agents, while serving as a liaison to carriers, TPAs and other claims organizations. Our unsurpassed expertise enables a seamless claims experience across all our lines of business.
For reporting of new claims, please refer to your policy provisions on claims reporting as some policies require direct reporting of claims to carriers.
For those claims that are not directly reporting to the carrier, we ask that all Burns & Wilcox clients submit new claims utilizing this form and email to claims@burns-wilcox.com. This will ensure consistent and timely reporting of claims to our carrier partners. This centralized approach will also be helpful in providing dedicated claims support following major loss events.
Payment
To make a payment on your Burns & Wilcox policy, please enter your invoice/policy number in our EZPay Page @ https://ezpay.burns-wilcox.com/.
If you do not have the invoice number you can use the policy number instead. This number will be required on the final screen also. Be sure to use the same number, either invoice or policy number on both screens or there will be an error and your payment will not be successful.
